Will there be any additional fees?

We have no hidden fees. But sometimes there may be extra costs:

• If you have extra items that weren’t listed, to begin with.
• If the working conditions have been changed. For example, the elevator in your building broke down. The movers will have to go up and down several flights of stairs.
• Our employees can’t start work right away. For example, the elevator starts working at 10 a.m., but you ordered the move at 9 a.m. You will have to pay for the movers’ time for the wait. Or, for some reason, you are not prepared for the arrival time of our truck; you will also have additional costs.
• Another condition could be additional services. If you ask for extra service on the day of the move, you will have to pay for it. For example, you needed packing or cleaning.

To avoid any questions on the day of the move, we recommend discussing all the details in advance. Our managers will always explain how the move goes and how much it will cost.
