Our employees will count and record each piece of furniture. You will check their list. We usually make a plan that includes information about all of your belongings. You will most likely need to confirm this information.
Sometimes there may be a situation where there are more items on the relocation day, or the list is different from what is specified in the plan. In that case, you will need to contact us and let us know about the changes. We will make adjustments and bill you separately. We also need your approval for the change, so you will be asked to initial these items on the Bill of Loading.
