Different circumstances can arise in the moving process. Damage to belongings is a rare thing, but it can still happen. If any item is damaged during the move, we recommend that you contact our company as soon as possible. We also advise taking pictures of the damaged property, if possible. Prior to the move, you will be offered 2 ( two ) types of insurance for your belongings. The standard one is 0.60 cents per pound which will be applied automatically. The second option is a full replacement value, which is $45 per $1000 of liability with a $5000 minimum coverage and 40% depreciation.
If a third party handles your insurance, you need to contact them.
The client pays a moving bill in any case. Our claim department is taking care of the claim right after receiving the information about the case.
